This is an invitation for you and your tender parts to join me in the sanctuary of the mystic’s heart.
This sacred space is devoted to the loving, creative and joyful outpouring of own my tuned in and tender parts.
If you stick around, the song of my mystic’s heart just may trigger the spontaneous expression of your own.
This space is a promise I made to myself. It’s not a place where I must be wise, or profound or even helpful.
It is a place where I can honor the song my heart longs to share without having to consider someone else’s needs, opinions or desires first.
I hope this gives you permission to do the same.
A Little Bit About Me
The snapshots above each reveal a facet of my mystic’s heart. They capture moments from my love affair with Life and devotion to God.
I share my life with my partner of 36 years, our 20 year old daughter and beloved Molly doodle dog.
I am a Visionary Wise Woman and Catalyst for Joy devoted to supporting those here to liberate themselves from the limits that keep us small. I offer 1:1 and group opportunities to transform, blossom, savor life and lead from your heart and soul wisdom.
For the last 30 years I have worked as a therapist, spiritual teacher, mentor, podcast host, coach and guide - facilitating groups, circles, workshops and retreats.
If I were to start a whole new career tomorrow I would likely pick between being a storm chaser, an ecstatic dance DJ or an animal sanctuary caregiver (preferably for elephants).
